This course is  preliminary to English 1 and English 2. It is offered to the students who get low scores in the placement test.  It covers the basic English language skills with special emphasis on reading and writing for academic and personal purposes. As well it gives the students an opportunity to practice and develop their writing  and speaking abilities. The students in this course are required to make a group project using technology-based learning methods.
